I thought I'd break if I came back,
But breaking would've been enough.
At least it would've been intact,
Something still alive to cut.
Numb is worse than crying, flat is worse than low.
I'd rather still be dying than forget how deep it goes.
I came here for the burning, but the flame won't even start.
